- I wish the glass was about .1 mm narrower all around... I found it extremely difficult to get mounted without any air underneath. It has to be positioned exactly perfectly on there to do that. If it was machined ever so slightly smaller it would be much easier to mount and still provide excellent protection I think!
- Unlike the Tustita branded cover, these fit almost perfectly to the 1040. There are minor gaps around the top and bottom edges of the glass that it doesn’t cover, but these are outside the touch portion, and covered by the protective case (that I cannot recommend, alas).
- Does not work unfortunately. The size of the screen is not compatible with the Edge 1040 solar. Bubbles cannot be removed and inevitably form despite careful application of the screen. The glare from the sun is also very present and makes text difficult to see.
