- So I originally got this device looking for some kind of protection for my vehicle in case of theft and I have been blown away by the device itself, as well as the customer service! I installed the device easily on both mine and my fiancés vehicle and activated it. Super easy, just make sure to read the instructions because I didn’t realize that it needed to be activated. The app is user friendly and straight to the point and it even shows the history of where the vehicle has been which is great! After having it for a while, I got the first charge to my bank and freaked out because it was a lot more than I expected but Belle Almario, the sweet customer service lady helped me understand the charge and she explained all the plans with me! Thank you so much Belle, I’ll definitely be telling everyone about this tracker and the great customer service that I have had with you guys!
- I had been looking for a service I can use without having to keep taking it out the truck to charge it then put it back. Hoping it don’t die out before driver get back to town. Now I have a peace of mind knowing I can see where my trucks are at all times. Not only that, I can see when they parked, how long they are parked at one location, and how fast they are driving. This is too cool and it’s at a reasonable price without a contract. So far so GREAT
- Have been using this unit on one of our private vehicles for over three months now with no functional issues or problems. Installation was easy following well laid out instructions. The software, including the phone app, meets all of my requirements in this instance and it\'s quite intuitive to use and I believe I am using about 1/10th of its capabilities.
- Took about 5 minutes to install connecting directly to battery. Has an in line fuse and very small form factor. Tracking all is great to use also. I use this for Turo rental car to track and it’s absolutely perfect for it. Definitely recommend. Adding more vehicles and will definitely get more of these.

- I have had a good experience with this tracker so far. It was super easy to install - just loosen your battery cables and slip in the wires and you\'re done! It turns on automatically and starts finding the GPS and sending out the signal. No issues downloading the app and logging in. This is my first, and hopefully last, tracker and so far, I am really satisfied with it. Can\'t comment on the technical support as I haven\'t had a reason to use them yet03/1/23I just wanted to give an update on my tracker. After using it for several weeks, I continue to be very pleased with it. It hasn\'t dropped connection once, showing its reliability. Greg from customer service even proactively reached out to see if I needed any help or had any issues with the tracker - something I thought was unusual but appreciated. I would definitely buy this again!
- It took me a while to install this product on my battery because of how awkward my battery was. I was unsure if it worked for a while, but it started working after a day & it has been pretty reliable since. I can see the speed, times gone in different location, if they’re parked & everything. It’s great! Only qualm I have is that the live gps doesn’t update as fast as an iPhone location would. The price for subscription is too high per month. I would like to see it around $15 a month, that would be ideal, but the product is great & I would highly recommend it! No battery replacement needed!! - I was worried when I connected it to the battery because the light continued to flash but never stayed solid. I went ahead and subscribed to the monthly service and within a few hours everything was working like it should.
