  • I had pretty high expectations for this mount after reading about the Barfly 1/8 turn mounts and the integrated gopro mount on the bottom. However, this product wasn\'t quite what I expected.First, assembling the product took a couple of tries. There\'s 2 layers of screws and nuts. If you don\'t install in the right order while holding the nuts in place and turning the mount, you\'ll have to re-do it. Not a huge deal, but annoying. Next, there\'s the orientation of the Garmin mount. This is a quarter turn mount that only turns in one direction (right to attach, left to detach). Despite a few Garmin-looking mounts in the box, they all have the same quarter-turn one direction spin. I was really hoping for an 1/8 turn. This means if you switch between an Edge and a Forerunner, you need to re-build the entire mount (you need to detach the camera mount to adjust the head unit mount). Then there\'s the camera mount. The camera attaches with a standard gopro \"2 prong\" attachment, but a proprietary 3mm hex (the GoPro thumb screws don\'t fit, and the rest of the unit uses 2.5mm hex). This means if you lose the screw or the tiny nut that falls off the other side, you\'ll need replacement parts despite having a million thumbscrews. Also, for some reason the screw is on the aerobar side, so I needed to use a long handled ball wrench to attach/detach cameras. It sure isn\'t very easy to swap. If you think you\'re going to need a light on your ride, you should probably mount that on before you head out and forget the GoPro. Oh, and if you want to take off the camera mount for a race, you need to remove the top Garmin mount again. Finally, the camera mount is ever so slightly off-axis. Probably only a degree or 2, but very annoying. My light has a bit of play with the included rubber bands to make it work, but all my GoPro footage is slightly crooked.Overall, this product does exactly what it says: holds lights, GoPros, and a bunch of computer units. It\'s plastic, but pretty beefy (1.5 inches thick with the GoPro mount). However, it does have quite a few drawbacks mentioned above that I just don\'t quite understand.
  • Wasn’t secure, snapped when over-tightened
  • Would be five stars, but paying $32 for a piece of plastic -- I\'m sorry, injection-molded co-polymer -- is a little much. However, the older (and far less expensive) Bar Fly TT mount only fits 22.4mm diameter aero extensions, and mine isn\'t. I have a Deda Elementi Kronos Due, and it\'s a 24mm bar. As far as I know, this is the only 24mm TT mount on the market. Not even K-Edge and their insanely pricy mounts have a 24mm version. All I care is my Garmin is out in between the extensions now where I can see it instead of on the stem and out of my line of sight. There are a bunch of other computer mounts (Wahoo, Cateye, etc.) but I used the Garmin 1/4 turn mount. A GoPro mount is included as well as a universal light mount (using rubber bands). I never ride my tri bike in the dark, so the light mount is superfluous. Not going to use the other stuff, so that\'s that.
  • Fit well once spacer provided was fitted. Unable to use light bracket as hydration system blocking space.
  • Exactly what I need to have both the Bike Computer and the light. Easy to install, comes with rubber piece to wrap around your bar so you don’t scratch it. Very simple and utilitarian. I’m even able to fit my BTA holder and don’t have to remove it which allows me to have my front light for every ride.
  • Perfect for my bars! I was looking for a light weight solution that is sturdy. This is it!
  • Excellent for aero bars thicker than usual
  • Garmin specific adapter didn\'t initially work with Garmin 910XT quick release mount. I had to force the Garmin and quick release mount into the Bar Fly and remove it multiple times before it clicked into place. It still doesn\'t click into place like the mount that came with the Garmin, but it works.
