- I bought this used or open box, it was missing part of the original packaging so I have to assume it was purchased and returned. I had some trouble pairing it to my phone initially. I’m not sure if that was because it had previously been paired, or was still paired to someone else’s device. I doubt it would let me pair to a device that someone else was paired to without them authorizing the transfer of ownership though. I’m not sure how I was finally able to get it reset. They say to hold the button for ten seconds, but it’s not really ten seconds, and the button is pretty finicky and offers very little feedback. The only advice I can offer: try to reset it while you’re pairing. As soon as you successfully reset, it will instantly pair to your device and that’s the only way I knew I actually reset it.With that being said, once I got it paired it has been working very well. I wish the lanyard was removable without having to just cut it off, but that’s just being nit picky. Also, a usb-c charging port vs. the micro usb it came with would have been nice. It’s time to standardize charging ports!
- I purchased this device back in april of 2022 and setup was easy. At first it was not very responsive, and I was not happy with the purchase. But it seems that after about 3 days it started working flawlessly. I mounted the tracker in a cheap watertight box from amazon then I zip tied that to the frame hidden behind the air box. It was perfectly hidden. I got a 5v power supply with a micro-USB end that I wired to a 12v ACC wire so that the tracker will charge as I ride but not run down my main batt when sitting. I never saw the tracker battery get below 70% even after sitting for over a month. I set it up to alert me if it left a zone drawn around my house. and this worked great. You will need to get used to the alerts it sends you while riding. I turned off the tip sensor because even a gust of wind would send a \"your motorcycle has been tipped\" alert over and over. all day and night.UPDATE =================================================================My motorcycle was stolen overnight. I woke up to go to work and it was gone. I immediately opened the Invoxia app and could see the motorcycle was only about 2 miles away at an apartment complex. I got in my car and off I went. When I got there it was a super sketchy place and I could not see into the parking lot. I called the police telling them that I had the location via GPS tracker and needed some help. They arrived and because of the detailed information the app provided they were willing to go in and poke around. And they actually located the motorcycle behind some stolen cars. Yup two cars were also recovered that day... So yes, this thing works. It does have some features missing that other trackers have, like the ability to text it for real time updates, meaning that if it is not moving it will not send updates except for once every 12 hours. It would be nice to be able to text it and get a live GPS location. It\'s worth the $150 for 2 years of peace of mind. great product.

- I bought this tracker and the MoniMoto at the same time. My supermoto had been stolen and I was understandably nervous about my remaining motorcycle. My stolen bike was recovered, stripped down to the mechanicals. The Invoxia was able to be hidden on the remaining body panels before restoring my bike. The unit is NOT waterproof. I used a bicycle inner tube as a waterproof sleeve before mounting. I am a daily rider and I have to charge the unit about every 6 weeks. Very satisfied with this purchase.
- Battery life is excellent…the gps leaves a little to be desired…it’s usually accurate up to 100yards or so and sometimes right on the money…it’s usually in a near proximity…I’m using the 10 min interval and going into my 3 week with 60% battery left.It’s under the front seat stuck in a cutout in the carpet and seems to be reading w/o much interference!
