- Having used this many times over the last month geocaching, these are my thoughts:I am VERY happy with this cover.It fits wellIt protects the buttonsIt makes my Garmin MUCH easier to see when I put it down on a rock or log and it slips down onto the leaves or snow. You may not like the blue, but it is really easy to see on the ground in the woods.The buttons on my Etrex 20 had torn and the power button had fallen out. I\'d been using the end of a pen to turn it on. When I got the cover, I cut down a pencil eraser and placed it in the button hole and put on the cover. Then the button worked easily again.I\'ve gotten a used replacement Etrex 30 and have been using the cover on that. I was expecting it to be harder to press and activate the buttons, but the thicker material over the button area made them easier to press. Especially when using the handle of my trekking pole in sub freezing temperatures when I didn\'t want to take my gloves off. I wasn\'t expecting this would make my Garmin easier to use, but it does.I wish I had installed this on my first Etrex after I got it. The button covers never would have ripped.Love the easy to see color, love the protection it gives for the buttons. Like the price too.
