- I bought this and it worked right away. Then for some reason, it stopped. My other laptop doesn\'t have an issue so I knew it worked somehow.Step 1: Don\'t panic and don\'t hit return item just yet. Download the drivers on their CooSpo.com site. Also the PDF instructions are on this Amazon page to buy this item. Once you download the zip file, you\'ll need to go to your computer (PC) \"Printer and Devices\" tab under settings.Step 2: Once you are at \"Printers and Devices\" select the \"AntUSBstick2 device (double click or right click)Step 3: New small window appears showing the properties. Click on \"hardware\" tab at the top of the window.Step 4: Double click the AntUSBstick2 device and you will see a \"Drivers\" tab now. select that.Step 5: In the drivers tab select \"update drivers\" This is where you select the driver folder you downloaded earlier.Step 6: Once you tell it what folder to look in, it will download it.This worked for me and Zwift immediately started seeing the device again. - Review for RC401 ANT DongleIt worked right away on my Windows 10 laptop and connected my Wahoo Kickr Snap to Zwift. It also connected to my Garmin heart rate monitor. Did not need to install drivers for it to work.

- I used this with Garmin Express for my Vivofit 4. I had to do a factory reset on my Vivofit as it quit syncing and I couldn\'t find the original ANT+. When this one arrived today, I just downloaded GE, plugged the ANT+ in my laptop and followed the on-screen directions. It worked seamlessly and my Vivofit was functioning again. Great little device and so much cheaper than what Garmin wants for an ANT+.
- Worked after install driver from ANT by looking at other similar USB dangle. This one does not come with any driver so the driver might not installed automatic (such as my win 11 system, but driver can be found from link provided by other ANT + seller)Works fine after the driver from ANT+ was manually installed.
- It might be the flaw of ANT+, but you pretty much need an USB extension cable so that this ANT+ receiver is almost next to the device. Without the extension cable, I experienced regular disconnection but no drops once it\'s next to the device.One tip: Automatic search won\'t find any suitable driver online, so use the driver is posted under this item\'s description.
- I tried a Trax ANT in the past but it had weak construction at the USB end causing early failure. This has such great range, I don\'t need the extension cable to pick up the signal from my stationary bike. It\'s solid and hasn\'t dropped a signal in the few months I\'ve been using it.
