- Great upgrade for my Jeep grand Cherokee! Unfortunately the seller did not send me the camera so I can’t say anything good about the back up camera. The steering wheels controls don’t work so I’ll be seeing if there’s a fix for that. Love the CarPlay which is wired and wireless.Also I had it installed. Don’t trust myself with something this expensive. If you’re handy, you could DIY. Amazon won’t let me upload a pic but it looks great
- Aesthetically and for its radio/bluetooth functions, it\'s perfect and looks beautiful. I have yet to try the different features of the unit. I am glad I did not have to manually solder multiple wires to a new plug that is compatible with the unit and that the wiring harness adapter was already designed to work with the OEM plug.As of tonight though, I am someone stumped with the rearview camera wiring.Instructions are broken English and otherwise very poorly worded and confusing. Their \'schematics\' could be a little more clear in regards to the design of the rearview camera wiring. The instructions told me to attached the yellow wire (in the front) to the back/reverse wire coming out of the wiring harness in the back of the unit. No such wire exists unless it\'s called something different, or we are expected to hotwire into a preexisting, unlabeled wire. There are four additional wires labeled: \"Key 1\", \"Key 2\", \"Parking\", and \"Amp Control.\"The frame is poorly designed and the plastic is more brittle than the original frame.When I was fastening the new unit to the new frame, the screw anchors cracked as the original screws were too large for the anchors to incorporate. I removed the screws and filled them with JB Weld, zip-tied the cracked anchors, and screwed the unit back into place.There was also no way to hold the top-back of the unit to the frame piece, so I took a 24\" zip-tie, and used that as a band to help fasten the unit to the frame and reduce the load on the bottom two screws.
- Es fácil de instalar, lo único es qué hay que hacerle unas modificaciones a los ductos de ventilación para que calce en el marco nuevo y el control del aire acondicionado solo tiene para atornillar en la parte de abajo, arriba el marco no tiene para asegurar el control del aire acondicionado por lo tanto me las tuve que ingeniar, no quise instalar la cámara que trae la pantalla porque es un proceso más complicado y toma más tiempo de lo normal, estoy averiguando cómo hacer un puente entre la cámara original de la jeep a la pantalla android, los botones del volante aún no me funcionan, tengo que ver cómo indago para que funcione al 100%, de resto todo funciona bien gps CarPlay sin cable de verdad hace un buen cambio está pantalla si quieres actualizar tu radio original es una buena opción.
- The media could not be loaded. Great product for the money. Would buy again, easy to install. Steering wheel and adaptive cruise control buttons work after you set your car make and model. Apple car play works WIRELESS! The thing literally makes you want to hangout in your car. No overheating issues even while streaming Netflix/YouTube/twitch/espn. Great product.I’m gonna figure out how to connect the stock rear view. I know there’s a way I just gotta figure it out. I will edit this review when I do.
- Installed on 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Factory rear view camera works, steering wheel radio controls work, you can do a lot on this system. Easy to install, plug and play, except for the factory camera, you can get an adapter or cut some wires and get it to work. Super cool head unit with everything you could want or need.
- The radio fit so I was happy about that after reading some reviews saying it didn’t fit. But the instructions are not very detailed and is in broken English. Still trying to figure everything out.
- Did not have detail insturctions for making changes to each option.
- This radio is awesome. It was very easy to install and everything work perfectly. If you need help just comment on here and imma try to help u install it urself. Easy day
