- The media could not be loaded. This was for my Daughter\'s 2017 Escape SE.First, I would like to say I found the product very simple to install it took me less than 30 minutes to put it in the car. The programming was a little bit different but Charn took all the guesswork and complicating coding out of it. They simply had me download a program onto my computer. They logged in. They did the coding, did the programming and it was done in like 5 to 10 minutes. When finished, it worked just as it did before she had the failed APIM. In addition, she got navigation which she didn\'t have before in her car, also the apple carplay and the Android auto work as it did before for about 1/3 of the cost that Ford Wanted to do the job in Kentucky. I highly recommend the product and the company and thank them for help with it. Just reach out to them if you have any concerns at all because I\'m telling you it went smoothly efficiently and works perfect! Thank you to Jennifer at YLinc for the product and Shane and Charn from Amazon technical support for making this all work out. I give you guys five stars all day long!Scott

- These are a common problem with Ford. I ordered this because I needed a quick replacement before a road trip to have a unit with working navigation. It works ok but is starting to have the common problems with these.I can’t have my wife’s phone and my phone with Bluetooth on at the same time. Either it doesn’t connect to either or it connects to mine and plays music and at the same time constantly says unable to connect because there is no service.Pop up says I need to disconnect the usb but the USB’s work.I get in the truck connected to play music. Plays for about a minute and disconnects.I guess I just need to go with an aftermarket system.
- Did not come programmed for my particular vehicle. Still having issues. Ford connect is not working.
- So, this is a very good product but it was a fair bit of work to get there in the end. This was the cheapest one that still had free returns, so I tried it. Very glad I did, but going through the process to get ForScan to work with tech support (via text) took a day of back and forth or so. About 1 hour of actual work. Charn was very responsive via text but obviously in a different part of the world than me, so the time delay was ehh. Otherwise all was great.
- My APIM seemed to stop working around 70k miles. I ordered this to replace it since the dealership wanted $1200 to do it. I installed it and was had some features that were missing, but contacted them with my VIN and they helped me out even more. Now I got it setup the way I want it and it is slightly faster then the old unit. I recommend the seller as well.
- The product worked perfect and communication from the seller regarding my follow-up questions after installation was 5-Star.Great service!
- My product didn’t work after 3.5 months and the sellers still gave me a refund. They wanted to help fix it but I was done dealing with it. Appreciate the consideration and refund!
