  • I bought this cycle computer to use with a heart rate chest strap that I\'ve been using only with my iPhone for about a year. I mounted the computer on my bike using using the speed and cadence sensors that were a part of my purchased package. All three sensors paired easily and seem to work well. The second time I turned it on the speed and cadence sensors appeared without pairing again, but the chest strap monitor had to be paired again. I then unpaired the chest strap monitor from my iPhone, and after that it paired automatically every time. The problem I have with this product is the App for my iPhone. The agreement for the App is excessively long. It refers to charges that are not disclosed either in the agreement or on the product website. It states the agreement can be changed without notifying the App users, and it is the responsibility of the user to check for changes on the website. The agreement doesn\'t even appear on the website. The company responded to an email informing me that there are no charges for using the App and that the user agreement would be updated to be acceptable. The good news is it is not necessary to use the App unless you want upload your data or use the navigation features. I will not be using their App or recommend that anyone accept their usage agreement as written. These comments refer to Version 7.0.0.2 which is current as of June 2, 2022.Update: I now have a couple hundred miles and am very pleased with the battery life. I think I’ve only charged it once, and only one of the three indicator bars had dropped. I have a review of the speed sensor that states that speed and distance become unreliable above 30 mph. I think I’ve seen it indicate 33.8, but riding the mountains I’ve lost a half mile of distance on a 38 mph downhill.

  • The GPS startup is fast. Got all the essential functions, the GPS routing is breadcrumbs and requires tethered to the app via BT. The routing, for the US at least, is not accurate since the mapping isn\'t current; or maybe missing local knowledge. Eg. up a steep hiking trail vs road.For the price, $50 when first introduced, it\'s good value. The mobile app this requires to sync with, however, is unrefined and there\'s few times I can\'t sync/find the device.My device got stuck in a factory QA mode, I guess, and wasn\'t able to revert it back to normal mode. Later revisions might be better I hope.

  • after a few months of use app stops login, have to verify over email again, then for some stupid reason stops syncing, their online troubleshooting says have to connect to a pc and delete data files? that never seems to work, doesn\'t get recognized, now I\'m stuck with something that I can\'t extract my data.
