- Stays in place perfectly even through rough gravel trails, putting the head unit in the right position for my eyes and also allowing me to mount center lights for visibility. It’s durable - no jiggling or cracking sounds.
- It works well and seems to be well made. It\'s nice to have 3 different inserts to fit many brands of GPS devices. I have a Wahoo Elemnt but it will work with other brands if I change in the future. I have a Cycliq Fly 12 Sport on the lower mount.
- The mount is great for those with a Garmin, Wahoo, or Bryton cycling computer. It comes with all those adapters, which are very easy to swap out.On the bottom is the standard GoPro mount, which I use with a Specialized flashlight.This mount comes with a hex wrench and the two mounts. I wish it came with a rubber or plastic liner to avoid marring the handlebars, but it didn\'t. Now I have to source my own liner. The electrical tape works best, and matches the color of my handlebars, but I cannot emphasize enough that the manufacturer should include either custom or generic rubber ring or ribbon.
- This worked great for my garmin and the bike light mount comes in very handy. Good construction
- This is a decent mount, but for the price I don\'t see why you wouldn\'t buy a Garmin mount.The mount itself appears to be well made, although I\'m not a fan of the star pattern. I can\'t speak to the Bryton or Wahoo mounts, but the Garmin mount feels tight. Although the metal arm is specifically machined to work on the right hand side of the stem, you can remove the mounts, flip the arm over, and screw everything back in; see the photo I attached. An additional benefit of flipping the mount means that the arm lines up with the top plane of the bike\'s handle bars. As a result, if you are mounting an item longer than the arm, the bottom of whatever is being mount can rest on the stem itself. In fact, I like flipping the arm over because in the event the hinge arm\'s screw vibrates loose, it still has to come up and out, instead of falling straight down.Lastly, I would strongly suggest anyone using this mount to apply thread lock to the screws. Road cycling inherently sends vibrations around the frame and thread lock would help insure this mount or devices mounted don\'t suffer from any screws backing out. It\'s worth noting that the screws found in a Garmin mount will have thread lock pre-applied.
- I’ve been using the standard Wahoo mount for my head unit and decided to try this because (a) it looked as though it stuck out a bit farther, and (b) it centers the head unit in front of the stem. It’s also metal rather than plastic, which some people may value, and it includes a go pro mount on the bottom.In the first of my photos, you can see that it extends a bit farther than the stick mount. Not enough to buy for that alone. It ships with a Garmin mount, which you have to remove and replace with an alternative (it comes with two) if you use another brand. This took some trial and error; this mount comes with no instructions. See my second photo for the process.The mount fits tightly to my handlebars. No change of slipping a pad between then. It looks good, I think. (See photo 3)
- This mount for my Garmin bike computer fits my bike and matches the color. Its strong and easy to mount, and the my Garmin fits into the mount perfectly.But if you have thinner handlebars, you might have issues getting this to fit securely without the rubber spacers most of these style mounts come with.
- This out front mount is well made. I was easily about to mount a iGSPORT computer to it. Also, I was able to attach my GoPro to it via the assembly on the flip side of the mount. What I didn’t like was that it didn’t come with a rubber gasket to use when attaching to your handlebar. Other than that, it is a good mount to have and use.
