- I was looking for GPS products online. For my other company I worked for used the old GPS tracker and I new it worked great. And I see that they have came out with the new updated version. I wanted to try the new one out and I love it I have had no problem with the unit at all then I got the battery to make the unit last longer I plugged in the battery. Found out the battery was pulling from the unit. so I called brickhouse customer service and spoke to Orlando he was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone and new right away what the problem i was having was. He said i have to charge the battery for 24 hours before plugging it into the GPS device. The Geo fencing works amazing I get text alerts every time the unit drives into an area and how long it took them to get there and how fast they went. I can\'t say enough good things about the product and the all around customer service experience.
- Easy set up with scanning QR code and inputting my Amazon order number. I bought the battery pack and it lasts about two weeks for me which is great for my car rentals! Highly recommend. Great online and app dashboard too.
- Battery life could/should be better. I have it set up so it\'s \"out in the open\" but still concealed. I hope I never have to use it but I\'m glad I have it.
- Never received password reset. I will have probably have to call during business hours to get help. Very frustrating.
- After having some discussions with tech support about it not showing all the locations that I had been during a day, I wanted to see if I could get better tracking with it. I tried different locations inside of the vehicle and also different positions (LEDs up, LEDs down, vertical) found LEDs up in the door pocket to be best. One other thing I do before starting any trip is grab it and flip it until I see the blue light of the GPS signal light up. Ever since doing this test I have been getting much better tracking for locations that I have been.
- Amazing service from start to finish ! Order came faster than expected and in great condition. Easy Set up and not to mention the amazing salesperson named Julius Goyal who assisted me with my set up as well as many other services ! Definitely will buy more products from this company !
- Great product. Great ease of use. Great help in setting up from the BrickHouse Security GPS. After charging the GPS and registering the product they immediately contacted me to offer any help I needed. Ease of instruction and set up was evident. The product, Spark Nano 7, works great. No hidden charges or additional parts to buy. All included in original purchase. A++
