- This head unit is overall a very great product, high quality, easy to install, and improves sound by a very considerate amount. Ive only had one issue with it and its that whenever im playing music whether it be through wired carplay or using the built in bluetooth it will randomly start rewinding my music, as is the rewind button is being pressed over and over. I cant seem to figure out why it does this if someone that has had a similar issue has a fix that would be great.
- The media could not be loaded. I saw someone else with my same model Camry 2009 In these reviews had an issue. I got this installed by someone else so I don’t know what possible complications arose. However, camera quality is inanely clean, I feel like the radio somehow made my music go louder ? Plug and play for apple carplay. FOR THIS 2009 MODEL, YOU WILL NEED AN ADAPTER SO THE BUTTONS ON YOUR STEERING WHEEL WORK WITH THE RADIO( I personally never use those buttons so didn’t care if they worked or not). Other than that, fits perfect, looks nice. Plays YouTube videos, you can download apps it’s pretty much like having an android tablet in your dash. 4 stars, not 5 bc it’s not perfect. Not sure if I need to mess with the sound equalizer but when the music is a little too loud there’s like this light fuzz to it. Do with that what you will.
- Just got this product and went to an car audio shop to have it installed. It fit perfectly, without the need for an adapter for the car steering wheel controls to work, it’s plug and play for this model of Toyota. Backup camera is nice and clear. I use it primarily with Apple CarPlay. Overall very responsive display and instant boot up (it just goes on standby when you turn the car off and you can adjust the standby time before it goes to sleep), it’s essentially an android tablet that can do CarPlay and Android Auto so it has access to the Google Play store for other apps. Overall, this product I think is a better entertainment navigation product than a dedicated car navigation unit because it behaves more like how we expect modern tablets to behave versus how we expect the usual car navigation electronics to behave. I would definitely recommend this product as an easy and well worth it upgrade for your car stereo unit.
- Radoi plays good but android auto keeps disconnection and the volume when playing music through android auto disappears have to close android auto and reopen to control volume. Has a lot of bugs in system.
- Easy to install. Fit nicely in Toyota 2010 Camry. Need to figure out how to connect to steering wheel buttons. I used a YouTube video to install.
- It worked for a month or two and then got stuck on the Android 10 screen. There is no way to get in contact with seller
- I purchased this for my daughter in October for Christmas I just got around in March to have it installed by a professional audio center that charged me $512 just to find out after it was all done and paid for that the backup camera was no good I also had to pay $156 for a harness just to get the radio to work in the vehicle this radio is not a match for a 2009 Camry SE because I waited so long to install the radio and backup camera I can no longer get a refund. So after buying the radio the harness and having it installed I\'m out $750 and the backup cam does not work
