- The band is as advertised, and was exactly what I was looking for. Aside from having to going to google to figure out how to switch bands the setup was fine and it works as a expected, though a bit harder to set up then expected. It also comes with the necessary two pins.The band seems to have the feel and durability of the 90s bands with leather trimming. Disclaimer switching the Garmin band is not easy or straightforward.
- This is a nice watch band. The nylon portion is particularly nice. The band feels good on the wrist. I don\'t care for the black accents. They look and feel cheap. They probably claim they are leather, but they look and feel like plastic.
- The media could not be loaded. + Looks good with my Casio watch with the Jays and Kays adapters+ Webbing and stitching are good+ I like the look+ A lot more comfortable when wet than the resin watch band that came with my watch- The \"leather\" detailing is almost certainly going to crack and turn to crap before long- The distance between the first strap-keeper and the clasp is so short that I think the strain on bending the strap is going to cause some premature failire. But it contributes to it looking good.- Overall longevity concernsI like this band a lot, except I have doubts about its longevity. Given that it cost more than my watch, I want better from it...I\'m giving it 4 stars for now and if it fails / exceeds expectations I\'ll revisit and adjust.
- The original band was a soft stretchy rubber material while this band is made of a stiff heavy nylon material. This nylon band is size M/L and is almost the same length as the original band (photo). It comes with a small tool to change pins, I had no trouble swapping them out even with my ham fingers. These pins are made to change and are slightly larger than the old fashioned (and difficult to change pins.) The band fits well on the watch. And the watch feels good and secure on my wrist.I wish the end were rounded instead of squared off, it would be easier to get it fastened. Other than that, this band is tough and good looking.
- Nice looking watch band. Easy to install a little ridged when first put on but loosens up fast and is real comfortable. Had no problem installing on my Garmin Instinct Tactical.
- The media could not be loaded. Way better quality than I expected. The band was very easy to remove with the included tool. This new band fits perfectly. Snapped right in. It’s really stiff and I am hoping it will soften up as time goes on.
