- The item works perfect. Wish it came with a shorter cord for traveling.

- On the positive side the cable looks nice, plugs in snugly. On the negative side, it apparently damaged my Garmin Vivosport\'s internal electronics. The sensor lights stay fully brightly lit, all the time. This drains the battery, resulting in a battery life of about half a day. Also, the heart rate now reads too high, on a workout today when I wore two trackers it was consistently measuring higher, by up to 30 beats.Update a couple weeks later: After having the tracker fully discharged for a week and charging it again on the original Garmin cable the sensor lights now behave again like they used to and do not stay on full blast all the time. However the HR is still reading too high, so this damage seems permanent.Obviously I would not buy this cable again.
- These charging cables work great. I\'ve used them to charge two different Garmin watches that I own and these made a good connection and charged equally well compared to the OEM Garmin cables. The length of these is good and they appear to be sturdy enough for long-term use. The price is really good for two cables as well. I now leave one in my vehicle and keep one in my work backpack. No complaints at this time. If anything changes my opinion, I will come back to update my review.
- Using with my Garmin Instinct, and it\'s a great length compared to the short cord that came with my watch. It used to be that if I plugged it into a wall brick to charge, it would just hang from the outlet and stubby cord, and might come loose. With this new cord, it has enough length to let the watch sit on my nightstand while it charges. When we\'re travelling, and I don\'t have all the charging bricks and hubs I have at home, this gives me more flexibility to share a portable battery with my wife. The plug fits securely into the port on the watch, and so far, charging has been flawless. The sheath around the cord feels durable, as well. In all, a great upgrade.
- Package contains two nylon braided charging cables so I can keep one in the car, one in the office, and the original in the front room. They charge pretty quickly and completely, but the fitting into the watch isn\'t very secure. If I just plug it in to the watch and don\'t touch it, works fine. If I bump it, comes loose from the watch. USB connection fits well in all connections I used.
