- Después de comunicarme con el departamento de soporte notificando un problema en la actualización de ubicación se comunico conmigo el sr julio de soporte donde tuvo una excelente solución al problema y mi dispositivo está funcionando perfectamente de verdad muy contento y pude tener una solución el dispositivo funciona a la perfección muchas gracias sr julio de soporte brickhouse
- Seems good so far. Easy install if you know how to connect the 3 wires where they need to go. Difficult if you know nothing about wiring and car electronics.Giving 4 stars due to the lack of an external cell antenna option. Would be nice to have so it can get a little better reception in rural areas. GPS reception seems fine with the built in antenna.
- Works well n is accurate but dont like the monthly cost better off buying one with one or two year subscription fees included in price of unit it\'s cheaper way cheaper

- I had the unit installed by a Car Audio shop. The App is easy to understand, and the map is very accurate. Great Tool! Since I had it installed by a car audio shop, I cannot rate if it is easy to install, and I have not had to use their Tech Support as of yet.
- So this is an extremely cool product !!! Only issue i has was installation because I don’t know anything about cars and the mechanics were confused why i was asking them to install this lol ! But otherwise it works JUST as described ! It’s super cool because you can track everything and not have to link up or recharge anything and it goes straight to phone or laptop!! It’s great especially if way a car gets stolen you can see EXACTLY where your car is and where the people went with your car which is amazing
