- Cheaper than Garmin mount, just as good.
- The mount is obviously more stable than the Garmin standard mount. Not sure if it will work on oval shaped seat post.
- As advertised and I appreciate the extra screw provided with the Allen wrench. Solid attachment to my Emonda. No complaints.
- I have the Garmin version of this seat post mount on my other bike. To save a little money, I thought I\'d try this one. It\'s pretty much exactly like the Garmin version. It installs pretty much the same. Mounting the Garmin radar is a little tighter of a twist, but that seems like a good thing. You have to make sure you have it seated in before the twist it to lock it. Overall, I am very happy with this version.

- So far this seems just as acceptable as the name brand version. Although the name brand is a bit more sleek in design.
- Although the O-Ring mount that comes with the Varia Radar accommodates all shape seat posts, it is a poorly engineered system because if the one O-Ring fails, your expensive Varia Radar unit will crash to the ground. If Garmin wants to stick with O-Rings then they should design the unit with two O-Rings for redundancy failure protection. I actually went to buy an extra set of O-Rings. But they were incredibly expensive and come in a package of 2 large O-Rings and 2 of the useless small O-Rings. This clamp was about the same price and it\'s much more secure. Garmin does sell a similar unit to this one but it was $10 more and seems to be identical.
