- Small screen. Takes about a minute to load up every time I turn it on. Works good. Old style, nothing fancy. Gets the job done.
- Won’t connect the way it used to. My smartphone is ten times better and has all my contacts.The end of an era...
- Pretty basic. The maps are from 2008, so many businesses and streets are missing. You can upgrade the maps for $100. But, why not just go to Target and get a newer Garmin for $130?

- This is probably the best GPS I have used in a car. It doesn\'t have all of the bells and whistles of the more expensive models, and also works where the more expensive ones sometimes don\'t. This unit was bought as a clearance item at a big box store. I loaded up some icons of other vehicles and played with settings and it even navigated me through larger parking lots with ease. This unit is offered in a wide screen version but I wanted a small footprint in the windshield area. This is a small model that works well. I have used it in cars, walking and on motorcycles. Highly recommend as they work well, navigate flawlessly even on most secondary roads and the screen is clean and crisp to read. I bought a rubber case to protect mine, from Amazon, that works well too. Get this for no frills, as in no bluetooth or wifi, but a great GPS. I own about a dozen Garmin products now and this is the one I use for business travel. It comes with all accessories needed for use in car, and holds charge for about 4 hours when on battery power. Audio is loud and the ability to customize with different icons is great. Has currency converter and world clock which makes it perfect for traveling.
