- Used this tracker to track the vehicle of a relative who was going through the earliest stages of dementia. We were able to keep an eye on him while he maintained his independence. You may think \'Why didn\'t you just track his cell phone?\" - He would sometimes leave his cell phone behind, or forget to charge it. So this tracker was a more reliable tracking option. The magnet sticks to the underside of a vehicle with a solid *chunk* sound that lets you know with confidence that it\'s not going anywhere. I would charge the tracker approximately every 3 months, and re-place onto the vehicle in an inconspicuous location. We always had reliable real-time tracking, with zero issues. Unfortunately, my relative eventually progressed to the point where driving was no longer safe, but during the almost two-year period we used this tracker, it gave us peace of mind, and allowed him a chance to live out the later stages of his disease progression with as much freedom and independence as possible. Cancellation of the tracking service when no longer needed was also pleasantly no-fuss. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend the gpsnvision tracker and tracking service to anyone!

- This gps tracker is great the battery life is as advertised the gps accuracy is spot on my only draw back is the size but it’s still easy enough to hide on a vehicle under carriage
- This a great product. the GPS tracker with the cheapest plan doesn\'t give you immediate updates. It will update every 20 minutes it seems. Another thing is if you are trying to place this under a car you are going to have trouble placing the magnet on the undercarriage of a car. But overall the GPS is accurate and the program that shows the data is very user friendly. Also technical support was very prompt with calling me back and assisting me with my questions.

I followed the enclosed instructions to the letter and I was up and running in no time.1- I received my GPS tracker in the evening2- Charged it up overnight, like it\'s recommended3- Signed up for service that evening4- Next morning I turn it on, put it on the trailer, check my emails for my credentials, I log in and there is the tracker on the map!Right off the bat I had a question about creating a geo fence so I texted their support line and they got back to me within a couple of minutes. He was very helpful and told me about some features I didn\'t know I had. I would highly recommend! A+ all the way!
- Hello,I ordered this device and then went through the activation process for service. When activating the device and paying for service it will ask for a password. This is not your password. Wait for second email. Your password will be something simple at first but once logged into track.inteltrack.net you can click username at the top right and change your password to something more secure if you like. When I got this and logged in the first time it still did not show my device on a map. This is probably because I have special insulation in my house called e-shield that has aluminum covering blocking the signal. I took the device in my car and drove around and then after the blue light came on a few times while driving it showed where the device was on the map.This is a small operation so if you call the support number you will likely go to voicemail. But for me they called me right back. So fast support, and the device does work as advertised. One feature I really like is the software also shows battery life. This is a good indicator for when the device will need to be charged again.Thank you so much for having great product and service/support.
- When I first purchased this product the box came in empty... the FPS tracker itself was missing from the box.Once I contacted amazon, they fixed the issue and sent me a new gps tracker, Not missing any pieces.After charging it, and paying the monthly fee to keep the product going... it took the manufacture two days to send me my login info for the tracking APP.So if you are in a hurry to use this device, they definitely make you wait!Works fine, and the device is gigantic.It is like a huge brick! For sure.So make sure you have plenty of time to find a hiding spot for it because it can be very tricky.Overall, very good product.
- Don\'t buy this tracker if you want to conceal it on a car. Although it appears to be smaller than a cell phone based on the pictures...it is actually the thickness of about 4 cell phones stacked on top of each other. I don\'t know why companies try to deceive buyers because at the end of the day, they are going to get a lot of these returned and waste a lot of time and cost. I don\'t even know how well it works...all I know is it is entirely too big to conceal covertly. Anyone with any mechanical aptitude will easily see it because it is the size of a small brick.
