- The media could not be loaded. If you are hoping to connect to WiFi at any point, this is not the unit for you. The signal quality is limited by the chipset and antenna, not the router or access point.(this is documented as part of the tablet that is used for the headunit. Model: mt8163). I have 3 ubiquiti access points and this thing still could not get a signal worth keeping without getting kicked off for degrading overall signal quality... in the driveway!WiFi aside, the headunit looks nice and generally functions \"okay\".The following are the deal breakers:I did have issues with it not illuminating the physical buttons when starting the car. I had to manually go into the settings and select the illumination settings in order for it to light up.The major setbacks were with \"zlink\", call quality, and just general android settings missing from the \"Settings\" menu.ZLink, works great, when it connects... Check the video I have attached for detailsCall Quality, Voice sounds \"tin-y\" and callers can \"hear\" themselves, even on the lowest volumes. (mic levels not adjustable from settings menu, hence, another missing setting). I attempted using both the built in mic and the provided external mic, neither fixed this issue. I would have contacted support about this had the following, final issue not happened.Randomly crashes! This was my biggest issue. The headunit will randomly crash if the volume is \"high\" and a \"loud\" segment happens in the music. This is literally the reason for the headunit, to play music! If it cannot do that then I wasted $200.

- The media could not be loaded. Only thing is I wish it came with operating instructions. The install was simply and easy. The ungraded I needed for my 2012 Nissan Altima.
- Product is awesome and really fits perfectly. Wiring is sort of easy as long as you have a bit of knowledge. The one thing I would recommend would be to include instructions and the back up camera installation details. I had to find the correct wire that was located in a different harness not being used. One i spliced into brown wire we were set. The installation isn’t very hard but I wouldn’t say a walk in the park either. The seller is very communicative as well!
- The touch screen was surprisingly really easy to install, everything clipped into place nicely and the car play works great, only 2 minor problems are sometimes the steering wheel controls wont register correctly and you have to click them a few times and the other was one of the clips on the trim was missing but wasn\'t a big deal i just recycled a clip from the previous trim for the old stereo. - Es linda la pantalla pero es muy lenta, por más que la conecte con Bluetooth o le de Internet no para se ser lenta la navegación, es como si no soportará ninguno de los mapas que le pongo y además se desconecta de mi tlf cuando le da la gana de la nada, la regresare.
- This was just what I was looking for to work with my 2016 Nissan Sentra. Others I looked at in smaller sizes all would leave an unsightly gap on the sides even with an aftermarket install kit. With the custom made install kit and included wire harness made specifically to work with this vehicle installation was a snap and it looks great. When I needed assistance with adding a backup camera the excellent customer service team was quick to respond and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this product!
- There’s a few different things and apps on there that are hard to Understand how to use or work. Customer service is ok but they do take long to get back to you with answers. When it first was hooked up it was glitchy for days then it never happened again but then considered getting a replacement. Not bad for the price but I’m still struggling to get the applications and Bluetooth down. Also the volume regardless when your turn off or on your car is always at 20 so it definitely startles you if you don’t remember it does that. Not sure if it’s just the one I have or not.
