The suction is great. No problems. I drive on the highway a lot. City streets can be bumpy, but it stays in place. I decided to buy this because another device I tried keep releasing and dropping my gps. I’m so glad I purchased this. The price is great, it’s sturdy and it holds my gps in place perfectly.
OEM part. It snapped in place. Works like the original. I didn\'t use the suction cup. I used this in conjugation with the Garmin bean bag that sits on the dashboard. The bean bag doesn\'t slide around during turns. Easy to move out of the way when needed.
I Brought this because I needed the piece that clips on to the suction cup part because I have a Garmin GPS device for the car but I love this product because I did try the suction cup part and it sticks great to the window in you car.

The one I got works awesome. Solid as a rock on my windshield, no suction issues at all. Holds my GPS great, BUT....This will not flip over to a standing dash mount, it is not designed correctly, so be aware that this is a windshield mount ONLY, but does work very well. No camera blockage, angles great too.
Perfect fit & installed easy after good glass cleaning above the dashboard. They just don\'t last long ...
This is exactly the original mount and cup that comes with the GPS unit. Its a few dollars cheaper than buying directly through Garmin. Being the original it has the same issues of the suction cup not being great in high humidity and / or high temps. Recommend not leaving in window when not in use and in climates that are hot/ humid or long journeys checking every now and than to make sure the connection (to the window) is still secure. The mount to the GPS itself is great and has no issues. Also with the number of times it has fallen off the window, the mount and suction cup has never been damaged.
I would actually swear that the quality has gone up.This suction cup is working better than the original that came with my Garmin GPS.
