- I want to upgrade my original comment. I\'ve had communication with their customer service department and they have been on point. They\'ve addressed my concerns and are sending me the updated software once they approve of the new system. They also offered me a rebate for the inconvenience. Customer service is very responsive and ready to help. The product is great. My car audio shop is very impressed with the unit as is and I could only imagine once I get the upgrade, it will be a greater experience. It\'s loaded with goodies and looks so fantastic in my HUMMER H2. Good purchase.It looks good for sure but it\'s not the easiest to set up. The manual is worthless and I\'m still having issues pairing it with my phone. Frustrating. Also, I\'m trying to figure out what offline navigation sd card is compatible with this unit but there\'s hardly any information about it. I\'m taking it back to the shop tomorrow and if they can\'t figure this thing out, I\'m sending it back.
